We have a one week cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, you need to do it at least one week prior to your scheduled arrival.

We do not allow pets at any of our locations. We do allow service dogs but they must be an actual service dog. Please remember, emotional support and therapy dogs are not service animals and will not be allowed on the property.

Only registered lodge guests are allowed on any of our properties at any time and for any length of time.

Check in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m.

Check out is anytime before 11:00 a.m.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our locations. We do have designated smoking areas and cigarette butte receptacles outside each room and location.

Unfortunately, our continental breakfast is temporarily closed due to COVID restrictions. We will resume this amenity once it is safe enough to do so. We are sorry for any inconvenience. 

Any children over the age of 1 year old (walking) is included in the total occupants allowed number. For instance, if there are 4 adults and two children, both over the age of 1, the total occupants would be 6. 

Rooms 1 and 2 have refrigerators in them. Rooms 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 do not have refrigerators. We do have one small refrigerator that can be brought to a room. The cost for this is $10.00 for one night or $5.00 for each night if renting for more than one. 

Because of COVID restrictions on our continental breakfast, we have opened up the full size refrigerator in the Lodge Center for full time customer use.

Yes, you can fish from our property during the general trout season. This is from the last day in April until the last day of September.

We will make every attempt to contact you some time in August to confirm your Salmon season (Sept 1 through Oct 15th) reservations with us. Your reservation will be firm and you will be charged for the entirety of your reservation at this time. No cancellations will be accepted after this time.  While we will make every attempt to contact you, please be aware that should you need to cancel your reservation or if you do not hear from us prior to your arrival, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation should the need arise.  It is not the responsibility of the Red Moose Lodge to manage your reservations and we will not be responsible in away way for reservations that are not cancelled by the guest.
